HOW TO USE  

Clean the inner tongue surface of the shoes, Peel off the protective backing of the tongue pad, Stick the pad on the tongue of your shoes, with the narrow end towards the toes, and press firmly. To remove, gently and slowly peel off. They are designed to be removed without leaving any trace.
